How to get your GitHub invoices sent to your accountant automatically
How to get GitHub receipts for a user or an organization into the monthly packet.
Where the invoices live
GitHub puts billing in Settings, in the billing section of your personal account or of the organization that pays. The section has been renamed before, so look for billing rather than a specific submenu.
Which emails to forward
Receipts come from an address at github.com. Use the From address on a receipt you trust.
A useful filter starts from: from the address on a GitHub receipt.
1. See which account pays
Personal plans and organization plans bill separately. Open the billing section of the one that has the charges.
2. Forward the receipt email
Filter on that sender. If both a user and an organization send receipts, forward both, or use a second MonthEnd business on the Pro plan.
3. Upload from the billing page
GitHub can show a receipt in settings even when the email was missed. Download and upload it.
Then let MonthEnd send the month
