How to get Notion workspace invoices to your accountant with the mail Notion already sends.
Where the invoices live
Notion shows plans and invoices in workspace settings, in the billing or plans area. The exact label changes between personal and team workspaces.
Which emails to forward
Receipts come from an address at notion.so. Use the From line on a receipt you have, rather than a guessed mailbox.
A useful filter starts from: from the address on your last Notion receipt.
1. Find the billing contact
In workspace settings, check which email Notion bills. Forwarding only works for mail that actually arrives.
2. Forward the receipt sender
Create one filter for that sender and point it at your MonthEnd address.
3. Backfill from settings
Older invoices can be downloaded from the billing area and uploaded. You do not need to forward years of mail unless you want to.
Then let MonthEnd send the month
After the mail lands in MonthEnd, your accountant gets the previous month on the day you picked, as a ZIP and a CSV. Start a trial and the dashboard shows the Gmail and Outlook steps with your real forwarding address.
